This is a quality fabric from Mood Fabrics in Los Angeles. This fun cream chiffon has a cut-out pattern throughout so that any colored top will be brought forward. The sides are tacked to create a sleeve opening. The fabric is delicate, hence the only way to finish the sides was to sewn binding on them. It’s recommended to hand wash and then hang to dry. This is one size fits most and watch the compliments when you are wearing this unique poncho.
